August 2, 2011	ExtSTAR version 9.6.3 adds support for hot-linking within the application. Practically anywhere a customer name, part number, die/profile number or shop order number appears on the screen, it is a hot-link that will open the appropriate form and automatically query the selected customer, part, profile, etc. providing the ease of hyperlinking with the responsiveness and rich interface of a desktop application.
January 12, 2011	ExtSTAR release 9.6 is now available and includes billet and log queues, scrap recording, greatly expanded support for custom PDF files including fabrication and packing prints, as well as several planning, scheduling and quality module enhancements. Click here for details.
May 6, 2010	ExtSTAR release 9.5 is now available and includes significant enhancements to the Quality Module plus Auto-Complete functionality and online multimedia tutorials and demonstrations.
November 16, 2009	ExtSTAR ShopStation now has the ability to interface with process control system such as SMS Meer's PICOS, and the new ExtSTAR Server automates the distribution of documents including order acknowledgments, invoices and customer price lists, via e-mail or fax. Planning, scheduling, production data recording and inventory functions have all been enhanced to fully support extrusion from logs as well as billets.
March 27, 2009	ExtSTAR ShopStation, which automates and simplifies data presentation and collection at the press, is now available, and is included with ExtSTAR version 9.4.
September 16, 2008	ExtSTAR now includes the ExtSTARWeb module which lets vendors submit Outside Processing reports directly via a web site. No emailing required! Version 9.3.3 also adds chemical analysis validation.
